At Piazza Pizza Ovens, we are big on research and development. We have been able to adapt our products to suit the rugged and harsh conditions that both our pizza lovers, and the climate can place on our pizza ovens.

We not only guarantee you a top quality oven, but we will stand by our products with a full manufacturers warranty for 1 year.  We also provide you with helpful information about your oven and an ongoing support service.

Refunds for Services:
We provide refunds for services sold on our Site or Factory as follows: We offer a money back satisfaction guarantee to our valued customers.

Refunds do not apply to the following goods:

Damaged goods caused by user neglect and failure to treat your Piazza Pizza Oven, Table or Accessories with due dilligence as per instructions & care procedures.

Returns:
Returns can be made in person at the following location(s): 38 Cambridge Street South Levin New Zealand.

Returns can be made by mail. To return a good by mail, follow the following procedure:
Products will need to be returned at the customers cost for assessment/reparation at our NZ factory.

Consumer Protection Law
Where the Consumer Gurantees Act 1993, the Contract and Commercial Law Act 2017, or any other consumer protection legislation in your jurisdiction applies and cannot be excluded, these Terms and Conditions will not limit your legal rights and remedies under that legislation. These Terms and Conditions will be read subject to the mandatory provisions of that legislation. If there is a conflict between these Terms and Conditions and that legislation, the mandatory provisions of the legislation will apply.
